Dear Members,
It’s been a couple of months since the last “Members Update” which reflects the shortage of resource we are operating with. Positively, Anthony Marshall and Colin Reid have joined the Dee4Life Board and bring much welcome passion and experience however we are still short on numbers. We are very keen to hear from any Member interested in joining The Board and especially those with financial and/or marketing experience.
On the park everyone will be pleased that we made it through the League Cup group stage and avoided either of the Old Firm. An away tie at Pittodrie will be tough but not unsurmountable! Before then we open our league campaign with the toughest fixture possible, here’s hoping for a Happy Monday!
We are in discussions with the Community Trust to see how we can help fund activity directed at the younger generation of Dees. We’ve had positive discussions and will hopefully have some good news to share next month.
Finally, we have some excellent Dundee FC related items to give away to Members including framed Josh Mulligan and Antonio Portales shirts.
